We have three equally important business areas in the organization: letters, packages, and logistics. Now we are looking for a driven traffic manager for our business area Packages.

You, us, and the jobAs a traffic manager with us, you will be active in the daily work while also supervising our team of van drivers. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating your colleagues. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business.

What you will do

• Be operationally responsible for the business within your area of responsibility
• Create motivation and commitment among employees
• Contribute to transformation work to adapt the business to changing service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on operations within your area of responsibility

What you bring

• High school diploma and relevant post-secondary education in logistics
• We would like you to have experience as a leader with good leadership skills and an interest in leading
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
