Quality Specialist and Warehouse for Raw Material Handling (Tea & Coffee)

We at Sibyllans Te & Kaffehandel (Nordiska Kaffebolaget AB) are now looking for an engaged and physically strong employee for our warehouse in Stockholm. We are a historic trading house working with exclusive raw materials that require unique knowledge and very careful handling. The role suits you who thrive with physically demanding work in a traditional environment where craftsmanship and product knowledge are central.

Your main tasks include:

Heavy manual lifting on a daily basis for sorting and warehouse optimization.

Quality control of incoming shipments with special focus on leaf quality, degree of fermentation, and aroma profile.

Responsibility for correct storage of sensitive products to preserve aroma and freshness according to our traditional methods.

Ongoing inventory and logistics support in the store's warehouse section.

Qualifications:

Specialist knowledge: Documented experience working with tea and coffee raw materials. Great emphasis is placed on knowledge of traditional varieties and specific handling methods for raw materials from Central and South Asia.

Cultural and logistical competence: Ability to understand and quality-assure international shipping documents and unique labeling systems for goods originating from regions outside the EU.

Accuracy: You are organized, stress-resistant, and have a highly developed sense of detail regarding product quality.

Language: Basic knowledge of Swedish or English for internal communication and documentation.
