Roofing Worker – Waterproofing Installer

About the Position

Ayva is now seeking waterproofing installers for our ongoing and upcoming roofing projects.

The position is aimed at you with experience in waterproofing work and who wants to work on projects where quality, structure, and production safety are central to execution.

You will work with waterproofing systems on roofs on a contract basis, covering the entire chain from demolition and substandard work to final installation and completion.

About the Assignments

• The assignments are mainly in the Stockholm region
• Work takes place in established projects with clear management
• Long-term projects – not short-term fill-ins
• Opportunity for continued assignments with the same client

Duties

As a waterproofing installer, you will work with:

• Demolition of existing waterproofing
• Substrate construction and insulation
• Installation and welding of waterproofing (roofing felt/PVC)
• Detail work around penetrations, drains, and closures
• Self-inspections and quality assurance according to project requirements

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in waterproofing work
• Has a good understanding of waterproofing systems and roof construction and is solution-oriented
• Is meticulous and responsible in your work
• Thrives in production and can work both independently and in a team

Requirements:

• Hot Works certification
• Fall protection training
• Swedish or English speaking ability

Meriting:

• Driving license B
• Experience from larger projects
• Certificate in resitrix
