Key Account Project Manager in Concept Construction

At Haglunds Bygg & Entreprenad AB we are now looking for a key account project manager who wants to help drive our projects in concept construction. In this role you will combine business, customer relations, and project management – from the first dialogue with the customer to final delivery.

We work with renovations, extensions, and new construction of commercial spaces such as shops, restaurants, cafés, and gyms. The projects vary in size and complexity, making the role both developmental and varied. The position will be based in Stockholm, but travel will occur as our projects are located throughout Sweden.

About the role

As a key account project manager with us, you play a central role in the projects. You are responsible for both the customer relationship and the execution of the project, meaning you are involved from the planning stage through to completion and handover. Together with contractors, suppliers, and internal resources, you lead the project and ensure it maintains schedule, budget, and quality – while developing and managing the customer relationship.

Your main areas of responsibility

- Act as the customer’s primary contact person throughout the entire project

- Drive and lead projects in concept construction

- Plan and monitor schedule, budget, and resources

- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and various project parties

- Ensure projects are delivered according to the customer’s vision and requirements

- Develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience in project management within construction or concept construction

- Is confident in the role of key account and business-oriented project manager

- Has good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Is solution-oriented and communicative

- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

- Has a B driver’s license

Meritorious

- Experience in concept construction

- Understanding of construction production and contractor processes

- Experience in budget and calculation work
