Gardening and Agricultural Cultivation

"Katten och Ankans Gröna Äng" grows field vegetables, potatoes, flowers, and berries, and also handles certain agricultural tasks on a farm in Södermanland, Nyköping municipality. We can say we are in a "startup phase" and not everything is fully ready yet, but the idea is to sell vegetables from our own farm shop, as well as have some other form of agricultural activity on the farm.

We are now looking for an employee for the operations, and some of the tasks that may vary across different areas include planting seedlings in the field, working in tunnel greenhouses, irrigation management, weeding, handling fencing, lawn mowing, harvesting, and preparing crops for sale on the farm.

Other tasks that may arise in the work include tractor driving with implements, brush cutter and timber work, and possibly chainsaw work. Previous experience in tractor driving is meritorious, and for brush cutter and chainsaw work, some form of training certificate is required; it is also good to have a training certificate for a trimmer.

Please note that there may be heavy lifting, dusty environments, and most of the work takes place outdoors.
