Novacore AB continues its growth journey and is now seeking a Production Manager who wants to be involved in developing and driving our production forward. Since 1995, we have developed and delivered paper packaging in the form of anti-corrosion packaging, flower paper, and food paper, and today we are a leading player in Sweden. About the role

As a Production Manager at Novacore, you are responsible for production and ensuring that deliveries are completed on time, with the right quality, and with efficient resource utilization. The role includes personnel responsibility where you lead, delegate, and follow up on the work of employees. A large part of your time is spent leading and supporting the team in daily work, ensuring the right priorities based on our deliveries, and creating conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments. You work close to the operation, are present in production, and have a central role in creating structure, clarity, and progress.

At the same time, you drive the work of creating structures, routines, and working methods for a business in transition.

The role is primarily leading and coordinating. Currently, you have five people in production reporting to you, but the number may increase in the coming year. You ensure a safe work environment in production and are responsible for fire protection and inspections through systematic work environment management.

You work closely with the production planner who is responsible for long-term planning. Together, you set ambitious production goals and communicate them to the employees.

You are part of the management group and report to the CEO, and are expected to actively contribute to developing working methods, planning processes, and production structure in line with the company's growth. The management group has close collaboration where you are expected to initiate and implement investments/changes but also communicate problems or risks.
