Da Vinci is a consulting company offering services in project management, product development, and production technology. Our clients are primarily in the manufacturing industry, including defense, rail, truck manufacturing, nuclear power, and process industries.

We have our office in Kalmar, and most of our assignments are currently within a reasonable commuting distance of roughly 100 km. At the same time, we have a clear ambition to grow and broaden our client base geographically, so we also welcome individuals who are open to relocating if needed.

Today we are 21 employees, several of whom are part-owners of the company. We value close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and a familial corporate culture.

We are now looking for an experienced project manager to meet the increased demand from our clients. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects. You will lead projects through all phases—from planning to execution and follow-up—focusing on achieving set goals and creating value for the client.

As a consultant with us, it is important that you are self-driven, structured, and confident in your role as a leader. You thrive with responsibility, have good communication skills, and are driven by developing both projects and people.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in project management (required)

Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent.

Ability to lead projects in technical and industrial environments.

Independent working style and good collaboration skills
