Electrical Designer / Substation Designer to Västerås

Your role and daily work:

In the role of electrical designer, you work with the entire chain – from the initial technical calculations to finished drawing documentation for substations. In addition to the design work itself, you will also have a business-oriented role, identifying technical solutions for customers.

The daily work is characterized by collaboration. You will sit in bright premises in Västerås together with a team of senior colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role but never stop being curious.

• Requirements: Experience in electrical design, preferably in substations, power, or heavy industry.
• Tools: You are comfortable in a CAD environment (e.g., EPLAN, Elprocad or AutoCAD).
• Meritorious: Experience in or a strong interest in sales and customer care. We consider it highly meritorious if you enjoy presenting solutions and building long-term relationships.
• Personality: You are communicative, trustworthy, and like to take initiative.

How does the employment work?

We at Boost Technical Power handle the first part of the process. You are initially employed as a consultant with us, but for the right person, this is just a short start. Our client has the stated goal that you should transition into a direct permanent employment with them after an initial period.
