Personal assistant needed immediately, Skarpnäck/Thailand I am a happy 30-year-old guy. I live in my own apartment in Skarpnäck. But I also spend half the year in Thailand because I need sun, warmth, and lots of swimming. And, since we travel abroad a lot, you need to be flexible and able to leave Sweden for 6 months at a time. Our next trip is planned for the beginning of November and we will work in Thailand for 6 months. I have multiple disabilities and need help with everything to make the day work. I can walk and need a lot of stimulation through movement. I like and need to be outside and moving around a lot. I cannot speak. I communicate using communication cards, among other methods. I am looking for a person who is empathetic, cheerful, positive, resourceful, honest, patient, physically and mentally strong, with good health and quick reactions. Preferably between 30-50 years old. Non-smoker! You should be a down-to-earth person, able to cooperate with others, respect necessary work instructions, and accept constructive criticism. You need to take independent responsibility and initiative, but you will be part of a team of 5 assistants and also be able to cooperate with my family and me. You like to move around and can handle heat. We hope you speak good Swedish, have no problems with shoulders, back, or legs, do not suffer from mental illness, can swim, and have a driver's license. Previous work as a personal assistant, or other work with intellectually disabled youth, or education as a personal assistant, special educator are merits and can influence starting salary. Working hours/duration: I can offer a part-time position at minimum 87.5%, with a 6-month probationary period followed by permanent employment. Working hours: varying with fixed schedules, weekends, days, evenings from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, sometimes night shifts 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and 5.5 hours of on-call time. I am myself the employer for my assistants and manage with help from my mother. All employees are insured through FORA and receive a pension savings. Salary: from 145 SEK/hour + overtime allowance, per diem. For high qualifications and experience in the profession and extra delegation of tasks, a higher salary can be discussed.
