About the job. I am a 20-year-old guy looking for a new personal assistant to support me in my daily life. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life, both at home and at school and activities.

You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life. The job involves assisting with personal hygiene, meals, planning the day, as well as accompanying and engaging me at school and activities.

Who are you? I am looking for someone who is responsive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience in care work or work in healthcare and support is meritorious, but we place the most emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and consideration.

• You are meticulous and have sound judgment.

• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.

• You are a problem solver and can handle stressful situations with calmness and patience.

• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• A driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people with CP injuries and can handle a breathing apparatus (Bi-PAP), feeding pump for PEG tube, and ceiling lift. The most important thing is that you are a person who can see me as a whole and plan and structure my daily life independently. You should see the work as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as this is important for communication and documentation.
