Personal Assistant Wanted for a Man in Klockrike

About the assignment:

The client is a man in his 30s with autism and intellectual disability. As a personal assistant, you will support him in his daily life. This includes accompanying him in everyday activities, anticipating and preventing difficulties, and helping him with basic daily chores that he cannot do himself. Experience with low-arousal approach is a plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is between 25–50 years old.
• Has experience working with people with similar disabilities or in other activities under the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS).
• Is good at following instructions and is humble.
• Can create security by maintaining important routines with foresight.
• Has a driver's license and access to a car to reach the workplace.

Working hours and employment rates:

Working hours range between 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00, with some on-call time. There is double staffing around the clock, with varying hours both day/evening and standby/awake night according to a rotating schedule. We are now looking for two assistants who can work about 80%.

Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police criminal record prior to any potential employment.
