Personal Assistant Wanted in Norrtälje

We are looking for someone who wants to take on an important assignment – to be a personal assistant for a man in his 70s who lives with a back injury, uses a wheelchair, and lives in Norrtälje. Sports and carpentry are major interests, as well as cooking, crafts, interior design, and plants at home.

This is a role where presence, attentiveness, and responsibility are crucial. You will work closely with him and adapt the support according to his needs, daily condition, and wishes. As a personal assistant, you will become part of a small circle around him, where continuity and trust are key. Your efforts enable him to live his life on his own terms and maintain as much independence as possible.

The work includes everything from care, intimate hygiene, transfers, use of various aids, assistance with activities, etc. The workplace is in his home and wherever he is located. Working hours are scheduled both during the day and evening, as well as one weekend per month. We would also appreciate if you can work with short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.

Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected for and by this particular user, it is important to have a good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work with short notice when needed, due to illness or similar.
