Our office is located at Stilletorps industriväg 2, Stenkullen.

From there, we travel around Lerum and surrounding areas to serve our clients, which include both businesses and private customers.

Company cars are provided for all employees.

Fissa & Feja AB is a company that has been around since 1988. We currently work throughout the Sjuhärad area, focusing on Alingsås, Borås, Lerum, and Bollebygd with surrounding areas. We perform all types of cleaning in both private homes and businesses.

Fissa & Feja is looking for an additional team member for the Lerum team. The job mostly involves cleaning private homes, but we perform all types of cleaning such as offices, stairwells, construction cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, etc. Previous cleaning experience is meritorious. But the most important thing is that you love to clean and have an eye for detail. You enjoy keeping things organized and find client contact enjoyable. Social competence is very important in this job as you meet many of our clients.

We are currently looking for a 75% position that can transition to full-time if everything works out. If you do not have the right skills, experience, or a driver's license, we cannot offer you a job, possibly only an hourly contract.

The most important thing for us is that you are the right person. We work Monday to Friday, mostly from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Working hours may vary slightly depending on the assignment. The position involves working independently, but it may sometimes involve cleaning with another colleague, so it is important that you can work with others but also be independent.

We place great emphasis on you being thorough, positive, flexible, stress-tolerant, and having a strong sense of service and client communication.

It is a requirement that you have a B driver's license and master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Starting location is Stenkullen.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

We have a collective agreement with the Property Employees' Union and Byggnads, and salary is paid according to the agreement.
