We are looking for a technical problem solver who doesn't panic when things sound weird

Base: Järfälla | Work in Greater Stockholm & Uppsala

Every workplace has that one person.

The one who can fix their own car, get a pressure washer started in a crosswind, and simultaneously be one of the most appreciated technicians out on assignments.

The problem?

Such people can't be everywhere. And when something breaks, the rest of the staff often stare at the machine as if it just suggested something illegal.

That's why we're now looking for one more person who thinks machines are meant to work – not to be blamed.

What is the job actually about?

You'll be based at our office and depot in Järfälla. From there, we work in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.

The job consists of two parts – and both are equally important:

1. Make sure things work

• Service and troubleshooting of petrol engine pressure washers (usually Honda GX – no space engines)
• Maintenance of Interpumps and hotboxes
• Basic car and trailer repairs
• A bit of 12-volt electrical work (nothing requiring a white coat)
• Preventive maintenance – so we avoid the phrase "it was just working a minute ago"

2. Do the job for real

NOTE: When the machines are healthy, you work as a remediation technician out in the field:

• Practical remediation and specialized cleaning work
• Sometimes dirty, often tricky, always real
• Field repairs when something gives up in the middle of an assignment

Who are you?

You're probably the one who:

• Gets annoyed when people say "it's broken" without looking
• Has fixed something "temporarily" that later worked for five years
• Is not afraid of dirt, noise, or responsibility
• Can tinker, think, and work practically – sometimes all at once

You don't need the right education.

You need the right attitude and functioning hands.

Background from industry, maritime, agriculture, construction, operations/maintenance or similar is a big plus.
