Cleaning Supervisor

Quality and service are your keywords! The position requires flexibility, and you must be able to work in a structured manner both towards colleagues and customers. You have overall responsibility for daily operations:

-customer contact

-quality controls

-upselling

-planning schedules and staff

-deviation management (handling and following up deviations)

-time reporting for salaries.

-ensuring work quality and responsibility for the work environment

Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills (especially the Microsoft Office package). You have social competence and communication skills to lead teams and engage customers, as well as strong leadership qualities.
