Working Cleaning Manager

We are a leading company in the cleaning industry, primarily operating in Dalarna County. The company currently has about 46 employees and we work in Borlänge, Avesta, and Falun with surrounding areas.

As an operations manager, you are the hub of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in daily work and future development. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that delivery is of the highest standard. The role is varied, eventful, and perfect for someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational. Your tasks include: - Creating smart staffing solutions that make the daily routine efficient and smooth - Inspiring, guiding, and being close to your employees in their daily work - Monitoring and developing quality at customer sites - Building strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues - Identifying new business opportunities by understanding customer needs - Driving improvements and contributing ideas that develop the entire organization - Handling onboarding and training of new employees

We would like you to have: Experience in cleaning work

Administrative skills - Good computer and system knowledge

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Driver's license (B)

Meritorious: Knowledge of floor care, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, home cleaning, window cleaning.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Start date: According to agreement -

Trial employment: 6 months
