Are you a dedicated and motivated cleaner looking for new opportunities? We at FSG AB are now looking for a self-driven Team Leader in cleaning.

About the position

In this role, you will work to ensure clean, well-maintained and pleasant facilities.

We are looking for a self-driven cleaner who can lead a team, delegate tasks and also participate in the cleaning work themselves. The role thus involves both practical work and supervisory responsibility.

As a team leader with us, you will have a varied everyday life where you are responsible for leading, planning and quality-assuring our cleaning assignments. You are flexible and ready to step in where needed.

Your duties include, among others:

• Participating in the cleaning work yourself
• Leading a team of cleaners and delegating tasks
• Planning and scheduling cleaning assignments
• Introducing and training new employees
• Quality controls and follow-up of cleaning assignments
• Customer contact and on-site problem-solving

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the cleaning industry, preferably as a supervisor or coordinator
• Is flexible, responsible and solution-oriented
• Has good communication skills and can build good relationships with both customers and employees
• Is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing
• Is flexible. Work on weekends/evenings may occur
• Has a B driver's license (manual)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language: Swedish (Mandatory)
• Certification: SRY (or equivalent)
• Driver's license: B license (Manual)
