We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Torp, Gothenburg.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers babysitting for families with children with neurodevelopmental disorders.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric functional impairment and the most common impairments are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, ASD, Tourette's syndrome, and language disorder. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. With NPF Barnvakten, you get a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and ages: 2 children, 7 and 3 years old

Days and times: 1-2 times per week, 1:15 PM to 4:30 PM

Desired start date: Immediately

Babysitting takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Torp, Gothenburg.

We are looking for someone who:

Has some kind of experience with children, and preferably with children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, or similar)

Has experience with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children

Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job

Is pedagogical, confident, and calm

A driver's license is a merit

Experience with picture support/TAKK is a merit

Job duties:

Common job duties can include:

Pick up from preschool/school

Plan activities at home and outside

Provide support during outings

Prepare simple meals

Put children to bed

Activation, socialization, and relief
