About the position

We are looking for a dedicated leisure educator or leisure time teacher who wants to help develop our after-school center with an outdoor profile.

The position involves working in our outdoor after-school center, where play, movement, community, and experience-based learning are central. You will also have an important role in the school's recess activities through recess supervision, where you contribute to safety, activity, and good relationships during students' breaks.

During school hours, you will also work in the classroom, collaborating with teachers and supporting students' learning and social development.

You become an important part of our team and contribute to the whole during both school and after-school time.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and follow up activities in the after-school center
• Actively work in our after-school center with an outdoor focus
• Create meaningful activities with play, movement, and creativity in nature
• Be responsible for recess supervision and contribute to safety and well-being during breaks
• Collaborate with teachers and support students in the classroom during school hours
• Contribute to students' social development and good relationships
• Participate in the school's joint development work

• has training as a leisure educator or leisure time teacher
• is confident, engaged, and skilled at building relationships
• enjoys working actively with children both outdoors and indoors
