The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a central role in daily contact with both dealers and end customers. You are often the customer's first point of contact with Expodul and are responsible for guiding the customer through the entire process – from inquiry to completed order and delivery.

Your main tasks:

· Receiving and handling customer inquiries

· Consultative sales and order placement

· Quotes, order administration, and delivery planning

· Ongoing customer contact and follow-up

· Handling complaints and deviations according to company procedures

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, structured, and solution-oriented, with a clear customer focus and business acumen. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We would like you to:

· Have experience in inside sales, customer service, or administration

· Have a technical interest and easily grasp products and processes

· Be meticulous, responsible, and communicative

· Be able to handle multiple cases simultaneously and work towards deadlines

Requirements:

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Good computer skills and experience with business systems as well as administrative and customer-related systems

Meritorious:

· Experience in reading drawings

· Experience in working with quotation and/or drawing programs

· Probationary period: 6 months
