About the job:

WorkNorway works with advertising, recruitment, staffing, and marketing within the recruitment field. We operate in both the Norwegian and Swedish markets and help people find job openings in the two neighboring countries. Our office is located on Strandvägen in Östermalm, where we have open and fresh premises.

We now need to strengthen our team with an additional Junior Account Manager to meet the needs of our existing and new customers.


About the position:

The position involves helping companies in Norway and Sweden find skilled staff, primarily from Sweden. You will maintain existing customer contacts, prospect new customers, and handle incoming inquiries. You will assist customers with advertising, recruitment, and staffing services. Your main task will be to sell our advertising services, with phone and email communication being your primary work duties.


Who we are looking for:

You are socially outgoing and able to express yourself well in speech and writing. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly meritorious for this position.


To fit in as a junior Account Manager at WorkNorway, you should:

*Enjoy working on the phone

*Have previous experience in sales (B2B or B2C) and/or appointment setting


If you have previously worked with employer branding, digital products, or sales in social media, this is meritorious for the position but not required.
