Part-time Retail Salesperson 50% for Accessory Store at Arlanda

About the position:

Scope: part-time 50% including holidays.

Working hours from 06:00 to 20:00 according to schedule. Shifts 4-8 hours/day.

(From November 1, 2026, working hours may change to 05:00 - 21:00)

Type of employment: permanent. 6-month probationary period.

Start: May/June 2026

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcome and provide a personal and professional approach to each customer.

- Inspire, advise and present our products with passion and expertise.

- Help customers find the right product or gift based on their needs.

- Contribute to creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment that reflects Fredmans identity and high quality standards.

- Meet internal sales and service goals, KPIs and policies in the store.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in customer service and sales in specialty retail.

- Is service-oriented and can handle different types of situations that may arise in the store.

- Has a genuine interest and understanding of high-quality products.

- Is flexible and thrives in an international environment with a high pace.

- Is communicative, social and has a natural sense of service.

- Is organized and responsible.

- Is driven, ambitious and motivated by good sales results.

- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Employment will involve a security screening with relevant authorities.
