Hr Björkmans Entrémattor is now seeking a structured, business-minded, and service-oriented Customer Care Representative to strengthen the sales organization and contribute to continued growth.


Role Description

As a Customer Care Representative, you have a central and important function in daily sales work. You support our sales team with administrative tasks and actively work with customer care and upselling to existing customers and partners. You are one of our most important contact points and ensure that customers have a professional and positive experience with Hr Björkmans Entrémattor.

Your main tasks include:

  • Handling cancellations and incoming customer inquiries
  • Receiving orders and establishing agreements
  • Contacting new customers for follow-up and welcoming
  • Working with upselling to existing customers
  • Providing administrative support to the sales organization
  • Handling incoming phone calls via the switchboard

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start as soon as possible. You will work from our modern and nice office in Upplands Väsby, with working hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30.


Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service with an element of upselling. You are accustomed to working actively and proactively to strengthen customer relationships, satisfaction, and loyalty, and you thrive in a role where relationships, sales, and service are in focus.

You have good computer skills and experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Lime is a strong advantage. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

To succeed in the role, you are attentive, service-oriented, and business-minded. You are motivated by creating customer value, developing relationships, and contributing to upselling — both independently and together with your colleagues.

You communicate clearly and confidently and are proactive in finding solutions and opportunities. In your work, you are structured, meticulous, and self-sufficient, and you take responsibility for driving your tasks and processes forward.
