We are now looking for a driven inspector / salesperson for our team in the Stockholm area. The role suits someone who thrives in the field, enjoys creating business, and wants to help people solve issues related to moisture, mold, ventilation, and indoor environment.


About the role


As an inspector and salesperson, you visit clients, conduct inspections, identify needs, and present appropriate solutions. You manage the entire process from initial contact to closed deal.


The work consists both of:


* Outbound sales

* Handling warm leads from incoming inquiries

* On-site customer meetings

* Advisory and proposal work

* Follow-up and relationship building


We are looking for someone who


* Has sales experience

* Is social, self-driven, and results-oriented

* Easily builds trust with customers

* Has a driver's license (class B)

* Speaks and writes Swedish fluently


Meritorious


* Previous experience as a salesperson

* Knowledge of moisture, mold, construction, ventilation, or property

* Experience with inspections or technical advisory

* Experience in the ROT market / private customers
