About the job

As we are in an expansive phase, we are now looking for a Freight Forwarder for our office in Hjärnarp who wants to join us on this journey. The work involves planning and coordinating logistics solutions together with other colleagues, primarily domestic temperature-controlled long-distance transports. The ability to maintain a good dialogue with colleagues and customers is something we take for granted. It is important that you can sell your solutions to new customers, so you must be communicative. Therefore, the tasks also include aftermarket work and follow-up of completed assignments. The position includes some scheduled on-call duty, and when needed, also traffic management. We offer you a job in a dynamic environment and a responsible and exciting position.

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has experience working in the industry, as you need to have a good understanding of the customer's business and the driver's work situation. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and have a holistic view, and therefore you are also accustomed to maintaining a high service level in a fast-paced work environment. You possess leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, social competence, and are easy to collaborate with. You have an eye for what needs to be done and complete your tasks and set goals. Job duties:

• Responsible for coordinating transports and logistics solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Optimize routes and processes to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Manage the entire transport chain from order to delivery.
• Identify and leverage business opportunities through your network.
• Ensure all documentation is correct and that laws and regulations are followed.
• Buy and sell transport services.
• Support traffic management when needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a broad and established network in the transport and logistics industry.
• Is self-motivated and accustomed to working independently.
• Has experience in freight forwarding, preferably in international transport.
• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and has good communication skills.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Has experience working with administrative systems and managing shipping documents. Preferably experience with T5.
• Enjoys developing new business and has strong selling and buying skills.
• Holds a B driver's license.

Duration
