Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is social, has experience from café/patisserie or similar, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be flexible, positive, responsible, and proactive.

With us, attitude is at least as important as experience. We believe you are an engaged person with lots of energy and a positive basic attitude who is passionate about the profession and about customers.

You should be meticulous, ambitious, service-oriented, and work with upselling.

As an engaged employee, you should be accustomed to a high pace that requires you to handle multiple things at once, e.g., customer flow and answering the phone/taking orders.

The position includes working in the shop with sales, taking orders, preparing baguettes, salads, & handling food and pastries, general cleaning, but not baking.

Cash register experience is meritorious, as is experience from patisserie/café, preferably barista knowledge but not a requirement as we will train you. You must master the Swedish language in speech/writing as there is a lot of customer contact.

The positions are permanent with a probationary period.

You can work weekdays from 06:30 to 16:45, and every third Saturday

Part-time approx. 75% with fixed schedule

Salary: SEK 132 / hour

Can be more during vacation/illness, high work peaks.

The position is to be filled immediately.

Since public transport does not work when starting at 06:30 in the morning, a driver's license (category B) & car is a requirement if you do not live in Löddeköpinge or nearby.
