Café Assistant

Looking for a new colleague for our team in Lund.

We are looking for someone with experience in café/confectionery or similar who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You must be flexible, positive, and a cheerful team player.

We believe you are an engaged person with lots of energy and a positive basic attitude.

You must be thorough, proactive, service-minded, and work with upselling.

The position requires a strong passion for customer service.

As a committed employee, you should be accustomed to a high tempo that requires handling multiple things simultaneously, e.g., customer flow and answering the phone/taking orders.

The position includes working in the store with sales, taking orders, preparing baguettes, pasta salads, buns, handling food and pastries, local cleaning, but not baking.

Cash register experience is meritorious, as is experience from confectionery/café. Must be proficient in the Swedish language in spoken/written form as there is a lot of customer contact.

The positions are permanent with a probationary period.

You can work weekdays and Saturdays from 06:15 to 17:45.

Part-time approx. 17 hours/week.

Working hours are 13:00 - 17:45 but can sometimes vary.
