Interim Unit Manager for Municipal Home Health Care May-Aug

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment in municipal home care. Theassignment involves operational leadership with responsibility for personnel, budget, andwork environment.

In this role, you work closely with the operations and lead the daily work together with acolleague. The assignment requires a present leadership style and a strong ability to createstructure, collaboration, and stability in the organization.

Qualifications

• At least five years of managerial experience in one or more of the following areas:Nursing homes, Home care, LSS or disability support, Individual and family care
• Experience in supervising municipal home health care
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license and access to a car

About the assignment

• Period May 4 to August 31 with potential for extension
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Approximately 33 employees
• Work is conducted in a team with another unit manager
• Remote work is not possible
