Description

We are looking for someone who wants to help build and shape new LSS group homes from the ground up with staff, routines, and work processes.

We will soon begin construction of a new group home in Västerås and have a newly built unit in Enköping.

We are seeking a Unit Manager who will be responsible for two homes, where you will be responsible for hiring your staff and shaping the operations in consultation with our management team.

You must have worked for several years as a manager in group homes for adults, and it is required that you can act as a license holder with IVO under LSS § 9:9. This suits you who want to take the next step to work in a new LSS company that aims to do everything a little better - both for staff and users - where you have significant influence over the design. You have the opportunity to become a co-owner in the future.

With us, you get to work in a new operation with a clear value base. We focus on solution-focused pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and the PERMA model. If you do not have previous experience with this model, you will be trained by us and have full support from our management team. Our ambition is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination.

Today we have our head office in Gothenburg, and we will have operations during 2026/2027 in, among other places, Stockholm County, Mälardalen (Köping, Enköping, Västerås), Uppsala County, the Gothenburg region, and Skåne. We offer both accommodation and daily activities.
