Unit manager LSS group homes
Description
We are looking for you who wants to help build and shape new LSS group homes from the ground up with staff, routines, and work processes.
We will soon start the construction of new group homes in the Gothenburg region, such as Olofstorp and Kungälv.
We are looking for a Unit Manager who will be responsible for two homes, where you will be in charge of hiring your staff and shaping the operation in consultation with our management team.
You must have worked for several years as a manager in group homes for adults and satisfy the requirement to be authorized as a license holder by IVO according to LSS § 9:9. This is suited for you who wants to take the next step to work in a new LSS company that aims to do everything a little better - both for staff and clients - where you have significant influence on the design.
With us, you will work in a new operation with a clear value base. We focus on solution-focused pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and the PERMA model. If you do not have previous experience with that model, you will be trained by us and have full support from our management team. Our ambition is to create a home where every individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination.
Today we have our head office in Gothenburg, and we will have operations during 2026/2027 in, among other places, Stockholm County, Mälardalen (Köping, Enköping, Västerås), Uppsala County, the Gothenburg region, and Skåne. We offer both housing and daily activities.
