Interim Supervisor for Consulting Assignment in Water and Sewage March-December

We are looking for a supervisor for Water and Sewage in Fagersta/Norberg

We are seeking an engaged and responsible supervisor to join the team at the Water and Sewage department in both Fagersta and Norberg. The assignment includes driving and leading water and sewage remediation projects and ensuring progress in the projects. Leading and following up on contractors and hired staff. The role involves operational supervision, holding work-related meetings, and ensuring that projects stay within budget.

The assignment is full-time immediately - 31/12 with a chance of extension.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in relevant operational area, preferably from the public sector
• Structured and accustomed to planning and meeting deadlines
• Good stress tolerance and positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communication skills and confident in a leadership role
• Relationship-building and collaborative
