Site Manager – Glaza Café, summer in central Falun

We are looking for a site manager for Glaza Café for the summer season 2026.

The café is a pop-up café with modern design, located by the water in central Falun. The business is open during the summer and involves working at a high pace during periods, in a social and pleasant environment.

As site manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the café and lead the work in the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations
• Lead and distribute work in the team
• Ensure that service, pace, and quality are maintained at a high level
• Introduce and support staff
• Handle orders and simple administrative tasks
• Work operationally in the café together with other staff

You see what needs to be done, take responsibility, and ensure that the business functions even during periods of high pressure.

Working hours and employment

Summer job (seasonal) with possibility to work before, during, and after summer (day, afternoon, weekend)

Employment scope is determined by agreement and can be full-time, part-time, or extra as needed.
