We are in a growth phase and are looking to strengthen our finance function.


About the role

In the role of Accounting Assistant, you will handle the company's ongoing financial administration and support the business in daily work. This role suits someone who wants to work part-time and enjoys being part of a small team with a fast pace. Some flexibility in arrangement and scope can be discussed for the right candidate.


Since our office is somewhat remote and public transport typically involves several changes, it is an advantage if you have access to a car or live nearby. Please check your commuting route before submitting your application.


Responsibilities

Ongoing bookkeeping

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Handling reminders and customer contact regarding invoices

Reconciliations

Compiling simple reports

Other finance and office administration


Qualifications

Education in finance/accounting

Experience in ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration

Good system proficiency

Good proficiency in Excel

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written


Meritorious

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
