Description

Have you worked with outbound sales and know how to identify a truly great salesperson? Have you also been involved in recruiting salespeople before? Then this might be right for you.

At Grewin Sales, we are in a position where everything is ready to scale. We have a mandate with a very established product that sells, a sales process, and a track record. The only thing missing is the right people, and that is where you come in.

The Role

You will have a base in outbound sales, but a clearly extended responsibility for recruitment.

This means:

  • Actively finding and contacting candidates and getting them to apply
  • Qualifying and driving them to interview
  • Helping build a recruitment engine that delivers
  • Driving your own sales from booked meeting to deal during the remaining time not spent on recruitment

What We Are Looking For

  • You have worked with outbound sales and recruitment of salespeople before (required)
  • You understand what differentiates a good salesperson from a bad one
  • You are not afraid to pursue people and make contact
  • You like pace and responsibility

We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong team of disciplined salespeople.

Compensation

  • SEK 20,000 guaranteed salary
  • 20% commission on your own sales
  • SEK 10,000 per employed candidate + SEK 10,000 after 60 days if the candidate remains
  • Employment or consulting arrangement – both work.

The Sale

  • B2B sales of Dagens Industris chefsnätverk (Di Close)
  • Order value: SEK 40,000 – SEK 200,000 (average ~SEK 50,000)
  • New business sales only, no account management
  • You receive ready-made lists, including a lot of warm leads to call, no prospecting

The Environment

  • On-site in Stockholm (hybrid possible)
  • 30-60 minutes daily sales training and direct coaching from me (7 years and 15,000 calls experience with the product)
  • Focus on performance – not busy work
  • Breakfast served at the office every day
  • Once you become effective, you will be offered resources including appointment setters and a virtual assistant to assist you with your sales and recruitment calendar so you can be more effective with your time
