Communications and Content Manager / Project Assistant

Positiva Gruppen Syd is a non-profit organization working for and by people living with HIV. Through support, knowledge dissemination, and advocacy regarding HIV, chemsex, and sexual health, the organization works to improve the living conditions of people living with HIV and to combat stigma and discrimination.

We are now looking for a Communications and Content Manager / Project Assistant who wants to contribute to developing and strengthening our communication and participate in the organization's projects and operations.

Duties

The position includes working with the organization's external communication and visibility, as well as participation in the implementation of projects and activities. The tasks include, among other things:

• Content creation for the organization's digital channels
• Production of articles, news, and information materials
• Updating and administration of the organization's website
• Management of social media and digital advertising
• Planning and implementation of visibility efforts and outreach
• Collaboration with project managers and other staff in planning and implementing projects
• Participation in project activities, events, and operations as a project assistant

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in communication, journalism, media, or equivalent
• Has good written communication skills and can adapt texts to different target groups
• Has experience in web publishing and social media
• Has good collaboration skills and can work independently

Experience from the civil society sector or within areas such as health, sexuality, or human rights issues is meritorious.

Employment terms

• Scope: 60% as agreed
• Salary: Individual salary setting
• Start date: As agreed, after June 1, 2026
• Workplace: Malmö, Skåne
