
Coordinator
Description
We are the growing cleaning company Candeo Städservice AB. We are looking for a 50% coordinator in Kristianstad. You will work closely with the manager and other supervisory staff and be an important cog in the operation.
We see that you are responsible and organized, able to work in a structured manner, accustomed to putting the customer first and juggling many tasks simultaneously. It is important that you can take your own initiative and are driven by being part of a rapidly growing business every day. You need to be solution-oriented and have good computer skills.
In this role, you will have broad administrative responsibility, and we see that you appreciate varied tasks and a fast pace.
Main tasks:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Handle customer cases
- Receive orders and other inquiries
- Coordinate orders via business system and customer portal
- Answer the phone and handle incoming email
- Scheduling in case of absence may occur
- Material orders
You will have daily contact with customers and staff via phone and email, and the work requires that you are service-oriented and have good communication skills, able to deal with all types of people. The right person may receive additional areas of responsibility.
It is meritorious if you have previous experience in similar administration and have worked in industries with broad contact surfaces, preferably in the cleaning industry.
