Lead Electrician for Stable Electrical Company in Stockholm

About the position:

The role of lead electrician is central to the operations. You will be the link between project management, clients, and electricians in the field. You have technical responsibility and ensure that projects are driven forward with high quality and efficiency, while also being active in the practical work.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and supervision of daily work on projects.
• Electrical installation and technical problem-solving in complex environments.
• Responsibility for material orders and adherence to schedules.
• Client contact and on-site technical advice.

The employment will be with us for an initial short period and then transition to a permanent position directly with the client.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience: You are a fully qualified electrician with several years of experience, preferably from both contracting and service.
• Responsibility: You have a natural ability to structure work and lead a team. Experience as a foreman or lead electrician is strongly meriting.
• Business acumen: You understand the importance of good client relationships and have the ability to see solutions that create added value for the client.
• Formal qualifications: Upper secondary electrical education, ECY certificate, and a driving license (B).
• Language: You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Practical information

• Location: Stockholm (projects around the Greater Stockholm area).
• Extent: Full-time (100%).
• Working hours: Weekdays, approximately 07:00–16:00. As a lead electrician, you have a degree of freedom under responsibility and great opportunity to structure your workday yourself to drive projects forward in the most efficient way.
• Start: According to agreement.
