Supervisor with focus on insurance claims to Sandströms Center

About the position
We are now strengthening our facility in Helsingborg with a supervisor. You will work closely with the site manager and another supervisor, and of course the technicians, who currently number 11. In this role, your primary focus will be on damage orders from insurance companies. Your daily work will be split between administrative tasks and being out on the floor following up on jobs.
Examples of recurring tasks include:
- Damage inspection
- Customer contact (partly by phone, partly receiving them at the facility)
- Spare parts ordering
- Warehouse management
- Planning and follow-up of work
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in heavy vehicles
- Has good experience with the Office package
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
It is meritorious if you have experience with Cabas and have a CE driving license. It is also meritorious if you have previous experience as a supervisor.
