Production/Operator Fish/Herring

We are looking for a person for full-time work in our food production (fish/herring). The work is physically demanding, monotonous, and performed at a high pace throughout the workday.

Duties

Cleaning and handling herring under time pressure

Cleaning and thorough sanitation according to food safety requirements

Repetitive tasks for most of the workday

Requirements

You can handle a consistently high work pace without losing accuracy

You are accustomed to physical work and heavy lifting daily

You have a strong work ethic and low absenteeism

You thrive with monotonous tasks and routines

Language

Swedish or English is required to be able to take instructions and follow procedures correctly.

Important to know

The work takes place in a cold and humid environment

The pace is high all day, there is limited room for breaks beyond scheduled rest periods

Accuracy is crucial, errors directly affect food safety
