Waitstaff wanted for the summer at Verandan in Båstad ☀️🎾

Verandan in Båstad is open May-September, but we need to strengthen our team during the high season June-August

With us, you work at a high pace with lunch service during the day and à la carte in the evenings. We serve Neapolitan pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes, along with carefully selected wines, beers, and drinks!

Some evenings of the week, we raise the atmosphere in the restaurant by having live entertainment in the form of music from troubadours.

We also work with private events and bookings on certain occasions.

During the summer, especially July, the restaurant is full and the pace is high. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, accustomed to service, and confident in the role, but who also thrives in a team.

Your tasks:

Be responsible for your own section in the dining room and provide high service

Take orders, serve food and drinks

Cash handling and payments

Collaborate closely with the kitchen, pizza chefs, and dishwashers

Create a pleasant and professional guest experience

We believe you:

Have experience in restaurant service and feel confident in the role (no requirement, as the right attitude is more meritorious and weighs heavier)

Thrive at a high pace and when guests are many

Are social, responsible, service-minded, and professional

Like teamwork but can work independently when needed

Are stress-resistant and solution-oriented

Are flexible in your work as it involves both daytime and evening shifts

Have access to your own accommodation
