Breakfast and Lunch Chef

Fredriksborg Hotel (15 rooms) is looking for someone with kitchen experience who wants to work part-time breakfast + lunch, 2 days/week, 2-3 full weeks, and as reinforcements, during the period May 22 - August 31.

Skilled with food, flavor accurate, service-minded, able to speak English, and have own vehicle. If time permits, happy to bake savory and sweet pastries, make granola, etc. Working hours 07:00-15:00.

Breakfast - Prepare scrambled eggs, bacon, porridge, and set out and restock cold cuts, and ensure guests have everything. Support from 1-2 colleagues who pick up and restock.

Lunch - Serve from 12:00 to 16:00 based on a set menu. If time permits, prepare for the evening chef.
