Night Receptionist Extra Oskarshamn

About the position:

We are now looking for experienced and service-minded night receptionists for extra work as needed, often at short notice.

You will work at hotels in Oskarshamn via Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB, where we match the right person to the right assignment. This position suits you who are flexible, responsible and enjoy working at night. The need arises mainly when regular staff are sick, off or on vacation.

Job duties:

As a night receptionist, you are responsible for:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Guest service and top-class hospitality
• Simple handling of booking systems
• Breakfast preparations for the morning
• Simple cleaning of conference rooms and common areas
• Ensuring a calm, safe and secure environment during the night

We are looking for you who:

• Has experience in hotel reception (meritorious)
• Has worked nights before (required)
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently
• Is self-sufficient and confident in your role
• Can step in at short notice
• Has a professional attitude and high service orientation

Meritorious:

• Experience of the Mews system
