Hotel Receptionist Nynäshamn

About the position:

We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented receptionist.

You will work at a hotel in Nynäshamn via Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB, where we match the right person to the right assignment. This position suits someone who is flexible, responsible, and thrives in a role with a fast pace and varied tasks. We are looking for both part-time and full-time.

Extra plus if you have experience with the booking system Picasso and feel confident working independently in the system.

Work duties:

As a receptionist, you are responsible for, among others:

• Welcoming, helping, and providing our guests with top-class service
• 
  
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• 
  
• Handling bookings as well as inquiries via email and phone
• 
  
• Work in the booking system
• 
  
• Cash management and administrative tasks
• 
  
• Actively work with upselling of the hotel's services and offers
• 
  
• Ensure that the hotel's standards, routines, and concepts are followed
• 
  
• Serving food and drinks to guests when needed, as well as simpler dishwashing
• 
  
• Ensure a calm, safe, and professional environment during the work shift

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in hotel reception
• 
  
• Is proficient in using the booking system Picasso (required)
• 
  
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently
• 
  
• Is self-driven, flexible, and confident in their role
• 
  
• Can step in at short notice (if necessary)
• 
  
• Has a professional demeanor and high sense of service
• 
  
• Enjoys varied tasks in reception, service, and guest interaction
