Experienced Serving Staff Wanted for Summer Season

Julins Backyard Barbecue & Smokehouse opened in fall 2020 with the ambition to offer top-class barbecue. Our inspiration comes from the American South, more specifically Austin, Texas.

With us, guests are more than just guests – we want them to feel at home and have a complete experience of food, drink, music, and service.

For the summer season 2026, we are now looking for experienced serving staff who want to become part of our team.

About the role

As serving staff with us, you have a central role in creating a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests. You work closely with both service colleagues and the kitchen, where cooperation and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a server/waiter
• Has a genuine interest in food and drink
• Is service-oriented, attentive, and has a natural manner in meeting guests
• Thrives in a high tempo and has the ability to work in a structured way even under stress
• Is flexible, meticulous, and contributes to order and cleanliness
• Is a team player who takes responsibility for both your own tasks and the whole

Tasks

• Serving food and drinks
• Guiding and recommending to guests
• Cash work and sales in our BBQ shop
• Clearing tables, washing dishes, and cleaning

About the position

• Seasonal employment: June 22 – August 16, 2026
• Varying working hours (day, evening, and weekend – mainly evenings and weekends)
• Introduction and training take place before the start of employment
