Gelato Barista - Summer Job in Central Falun

We are looking for 5 gelato baristas for Glaza Café for the summer season 2026.

The café is a pop-up café with a modern design, located by the water in central Falun. The business is open during the summer and involves working at a fast pace during peak periods, in a social and pleasant environment.

About the job

As a gelato barista, you work in a team to manage the daily operations of the café.

Tasks:

• Serve gelato, coffee, and simple food
• Handle payments and manage orders
• Provide good customer service
• Clean and maintain tidiness, restock supplies
• You see what needs to be done, take responsibility, and contribute

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social and service-oriented
• Has energy and can work at a fast pace
• Takes responsibility and works independently
• Is flexible and can work as needed

Experience in service is an advantage, but not required.

Working hours and employment

Summer job (seasonal) with possibility to work before, during, and after the summer (daytime, afternoon, weekends)

The extent of the employment is agreed upon and can be full-time, part-time, or as needed extra hours.
