Licensed dentist with experience in adult dental care for Gloss & Floss

About the role

The role primarily involves general dental care for adult patients. The work includes examinations, therapy planning, and standard treatment within modern adult dental care. Therefore, we are looking for a dentist with broad clinical competence, good treatment experience, and an interest in working long-term with the patient's overall oral health.

You are expected to work independently, systematically, and with a high awareness of quality. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy working in a small team where you collaborate closely, help each other, and jointly contribute to a stable, professional, and pleasant work environment.

We are looking for someone who

• is a licensed dentist
• has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• communicates well in English as well
• has at least a few years of clinical experience in adult dental care
• feels confident in general dentistry and independent patient management
• has good clinical judgment and a professional patient approach
• is responsible, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• has good collaboration skills and contributes positively to the team

Meritorious

• experience in prosthetics, aesthetic dentistry, or more extensive therapy planning
• familiarity with working with digital workflows and modern diagnostics
• interest in quality development and long-term patient relationships
