We at Tommy Nordbergh haulage company are looking for a traffic manager with solid experience in managing long-distance traffic. We seek a traffic manager who is passionate about the work and, through their experience, has established a close and clear relationship with their colleagues, team, and customers. Working as a traffic manager with us means that together with other traffic managers, you lead and plan the daily transports, which mostly consist of domestic, temperature-controlled local and long-distance transports. As a traffic manager with us, you are responsible for daily operations. The work involves introducing new drivers, optimizing vehicles, and following up on drivers' schedules and working hours. Having a good dialogue with colleagues and drivers, as well as complying with laws and regulations, is essential to us. The work involves some customer contact and follow-up on completed assignments. About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible and has leadership experience in the industry, as you need a good understanding of the customer's business and the driver's work situation. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and have a holistic view, which is why you are also accustomed to maintaining a high service level in a fast-paced work environment. You have leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, social competence, and are easy to collaborate with. Competence requirements

• Experience from the haulage industry
• Solid experience in traffic management or transport planning
• Upper secondary school education
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Office package

Meritorious

• CE driver's license and experience from domestic long-distance transports and food handling
• Post-secondary education in logistics or traffic management
• Experience with TransPA and T5
• High IT competence
• Multilingual
