About the Assignment

We are now seeking an experienced business manager in warehouse and logistics for a major public transport sector assignment with societal importance. The assignment involves being a key person in creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics flows.

You will work closely with a small team and contribute both operationally and strategically to the development of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for four remote warehouses
• Ensure structure, order, and quality in warehouse management
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on inventory counts
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and data quality
• Develop and clarify working methods in warehouse and logistics
• Collaborate with internal functions such as procurement, planning, and finance
• Identify and drive improvements in warehouse and logistics flows

About the Work Environment

You will primarily work from a central warehouse in southern Stockholm, with regular visits to external warehouses (approximately 2–3 days per week).
