Carpenter/Painter for Building Service

We want to strengthen our building service department.

You are a handy person who can independently work with carpentry, painting, and construction. If you also have skills in plumbing or electrical, that is a merit.

Our assignments are typically within building service in the properties we manage and range from smaller carpentry or painting jobs to complete apartment renovations. We also support the property caretakers as needed with remedial maintenance and inspections.

Lack of prestige and good organization are prerequisites for success in the work.
