Summer Substitute as Care Assistant at Ceciliagården

Ceciliagården is a unique facility with a social therapeutic orientation. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, approximately 15 miles north of Örebro. The target group consists of individuals within the LSS personal circle 1, which includes diagnoses within autism and/or intellectual disability. We take care of the farm and our animals together, and we also carry out daily activities.

Our mission is to strengthen each resident by providing care and support based on individual needs. Care training or education with a pedagogical focus is a requirement. Experience in similar work is meritorious, but we place great importance on personal suitability. A B driver's license for a manual transmission and access to a personal car is a requirement.

Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a natural place, a farm for all, but above all for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and less stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm.

Working hours are varied, including day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts. We are seeking summer substitutes for both day/evening and awake night shifts.

We prefer that you have the opportunity to start the introduction already now, and that you have the ability to work full-time during the summer (weeks 25-32). For the right person, there are great opportunities for continued hourly employment after the summer.
